1.Search engine options

In the middle of the main page poland.hotele.net there is a Poland hotels reservation box.

2. Room reservation in Poland Hotel

Search module - Search Poland Hotels

From the city list you have to choose the city you are interested in. Then choose the arrival and departure date. It’s automatically set up for today’s night. Then you choose the room type, possible options are:

1 person, 1 bed
2 persons, 1 bed
2 persons, 2 bed
3 persons, 3 bed

Then choose type of room according to smoking preferences: smoking, non-smoking, no preferences. No preferences option means, that system will pick all possible offers.


Then choose number of rooms particular type. If you would like to reserve different types of rooms, to each room type you have to make separate reservation. In case of reservation for more than 8 guests, you can fill the group reservation form.


Next step is choosing the currency: PLN, USD and EUR are available. Then click Search to search hotels in Poland.


BOOKING - STEP BY STEP

Step 1 - credits of serach engine

HOTEL (standard) column contains the name of the hotel, its standard and eventual additional information. Description SPECIAL OFFERT informs about attractive offer. Clicking on the name of the hotel will open page with specific description of the hotel.

LOCATION column gives approximate location of the hotel, e.g. city center outside the center outskirts, or near the airport.

In PRICE column you have rates for particular days. Rates for the same room in different days can differ.


Prices per day


In TOTAL column you have total sum for a room for all days of your stay.

TYPE OF RESERVATION. All records from the search engine are given according to the reservation type. Possible options are: on-line or on request.

Online Offline

Reservation for a room with on-line status is being proccessed immediately. Payment with credit card is directed to eCard site. After successful payment proccess you will receive an e’mail with confirmation and paid voucher to the hotel.

Reservation for a room with on request status is being proccessed by the operator, who will confirm availability od requested room/s for you within 24 hours.

No available rooms

If in requested term there is no available rooms matching your criterions, there will appear a message that there's no available rooms.

There are no rooms available on selected dates.

In that case, you might (if it’s possible and acceptable), verify your criterions, e.g. instead of 2 single rooms, choose one twin room, etc. To do that, please go back to the main page and start reservation proccess from the begining.

In third step system will confirm your choice showing the total price for a stay (according to the requested number of rooms). If you have any additional requests please fill the form ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Please read also the policy of reservation.

Please fill the form with your personal information and mark if you would like NETMEDIA S.A. company to send you an invoice.

If you click on Invoice for company, you will see the special form which you can fill if you would like to receive the invoice for the company you work in.

Step 4 - Payment

Credit card payment

Both on-line and on request reservations can be paid with credit card.

Step 5 - Credit card authorisation

In case of non cash payment there’s a necessity of giving all necessary information concerned to credit card payment.

Authorisation and payment is being processed by www.hotele.net with direct connection with eCard server with 128 bites record.

Requested total sum for reservation will be blocked on credit card and will be withdrawn in 7 days from the day of booking on-line, but not less than 2 week days before arrival date.

Help

On eCard server you will be asked to give credit card type, its whole number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code.

CVV2/CVC2 code are last 3 numbers on the back stripe, where is placed your signature on the card.
  • Veryfication of CVV2/CVC2 code will assure better security of internet transations and reduce using stolen credit card numbers while internet shopping.
  • CVV2/CVC2 code were put on the back of your card and in bank system only which validated your card. Code is not printed on any receipts from terminals, etc.
  • CVV2/CVC2 code was created to assure better protection of credit cards used in internet transations.
  • CVV2/CVC2 code veryfication is a World wide standard.


If all required information was given correctly, you will see similar window to the one below.

That means, that there have been sent credit card authorisation to eCard. Authorisation is being processed imediately. If the authorisation will be processed successfully, you will receive an e’mail with confirmation of reservation and e’mail with voucher. In other case there will appear a message about error.

After successed reservation process you will see the window similar to the one below. You will receive an e'mail with similar message as well.

Reservation successfully completed !

Errors can be caused by:
  1. Using the wrong card:
    1. eCard doesn't authorise debit cards, like Maestro, Visa Electron and all other card without "raised" numbers.
  2. Failed connection between eCard and hotele.net.

To cancel reservation click Cancel reservation on the main page and fill the form.

In case on cancellation of reservation there are following fees:

  • 50 PLN if reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival;
  • 100 % of total ammount of reservation if cancellation is processed less than 3 days before arrival (in case of hotel reservation - 100% for the first night of booked stay);
  • 100% of whole reservation ammount, if there's no cancelation by filling reservation form;
  • 100% of the whole reservatiom ammount, if there's no filled and sent reservation change form before requested changes;
  • In case of cancellation, due ammount is transfered via bank transer to the account given during filling the cancellation form.
